Where you can enjoy fresh modern food guided by the seasons, fine wines and local real ales in the warmth of the log burning stove and open coal fires. Chef Patron Paul, formerly head chef of Harvey Nichols; strives for culinary excellence whilst keeping in touch with his Yorkshire roots and ethos. Paul and Janine are passionate about the provenance of their ingredients and support local producers wherever possible. Meat is sourced from trusted farms and estates in the local area, fish is delivered fresh from day boats from Hartlepool and food miles are kept to a minimum.
